Movie Review: The Great Gatsby

     The Great Gatsby, a story about old money and new money, was set in the 1920s, an era of loosening morals. Nick Carraway, came to New York City where his life was changed completely. Jay Gatsby, a wealthy and mysterious neighbor of Nick, hosted opulent parties as an attempt to encounter Daisy again. With the help of Nick, Gatsby had a reunion with Daisy, and the connection was reestablished. However, their relationship didn’t last long. After revealing that Gatsby wasn’t of their same social circles, Daisy decided to end their relationship and returned to her husband.      In spite of his bootlegging business, Jay Gatsby is the character that I like the most.
